Artwork Specifications

We offer FREE art services that include FREE Clean Up (vector art sent back upon request), no paper
proof charges, archived art returned at no charge (from a previous order), and free virtual proofs.
All multi-color imprints and halftones must be approved by production.
Acceptable Media
Artwork may be submitted on a 3.5 floppy disk, ZIP disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail. Either a
hard copy of the art or a faxed copy of the art is needed for reference and accuracy. If sending art via e-mail,
please indicate ”ART SENT VIA E-MAIL” on your PO.
Acceptable File Formats
Digital artwork files may be submitted for orders. Art work that is submitted needs to be black
& white vector line art with all text converted to outlines, curves or paths. We can accept Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, EPS or
PDF files, in Macintosh or Windows format. When e-mailing artwork please include PO# and company name in the subject
line of your e-mail. Artwork received without proper order information will be held in a temporary file until we receive
further information and this could delay shipment of your order.
Unacceptable File Formats
Powerpoint, CorelDraw, Microsoft Word, Publisher, HTML, GIF, tiff, Photoshop, Quark or JPG files
are not acceptable, but may be recreated.

Standard Imprint Colors:
Red, Reflex Blue, Black, White, Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver. The factory will make every effort to
closely match any PMS color, although an exact match cannot be guaranteed on all items, especially stress ball products
and mouse pads. When placing an order for a “Gold” imprint, please specify “Yellow Gold” with a close to PMS number or
“Metallic Gold”.
