If an order has been printed, a cancellation will not be accepted. If an order is not imprinted at time of cancellation, charges will be made only for the production work done on the order at the time of cancellation. Cancellations on orders outside factory FOB will not be accepted once production has started. All cancellations must be received in writing.
Product Variance: Add $6.25(G) per case for damage-resistant boxes. Please note that all orders must be in full case quantities. All partial case quantities will be automatically rounded to the nearest case amount with no notification.
Product Variance: Due to the properties of ceramic material, there may be slight variations in shape, size and finish from piece to piece. These result from the firing and glazing process, and such variations are considered acceptable.
Crown has custom sourcing capabilities around the world to source many promotional type products. Quotes are available by calling Customer Service or the Inside Sales Department. Please note that quotes may take up to 72 hours and once agreed upon, delivery times vary from 90-150 days.

Most Drinkware items can be printed with a two sided or wrap layout. Two sided imprint is most common, with two images whether the same or different. Images are spaced on opposite sides of each other within the standard imprint area. Two sided imprints allow you to see imprint at a glance.
Wrap imprint is usually used when the artwork is much wider than it is high and will be a continuous print around the item, with one gap between the beginning and end of the artwork. Items with wrap imprints must be turned in order to see the entire imprint.
Color Surge drinkware items are limited to a one sided imprint only.
One side imprint is recommended on clear drinkware items, as printing on opposite sides will visually interfere with opposing logos.

To assure prompt fulfillment of order, a company check, cashier's check, credit card or money order should be submitted with order until open account status is established. Cash in advance is required for new customers, including freight unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Please allow 5 additional days from receipt of order to process first time orders. Crown will establish account based on ASI Credit Connect references. Distributors are required to supply to Accounting a resale certificate for the state in which their business is located and the ship to state for the "sale".
Submit all orders along with art to email@example.com. Orders received with art attached are able to be processed more quickly. If art must be submitted at a later time, submit art only to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your PO# and company name on the subject line.
Normal Production Time: 7-10 days from the receipt of order. Please call the factory to inquire about inventory availability. We will do our best to accommodate all rush orders, free of charge. All products for which multi colored imprints and second location imprints are requested will require additional production time. Production times vary by product. See product page notes for more information.
Spec Samples: Spec Sample Charge is equal to the set-up charge of the product. PMS match and shipping charges will apply. Spec samples are not available on Color Dome products or drop-shipped items. For additional information, please contact customer service.

Overruns and Underruns: We always attempt to ship exact quantities ordered. However, production methods necessitate our reserving the right to ship 5% over or under quantity ordered. Orders marked “EXACT QUANTITY” or “NO OVERS AND NO UNDERS” will require an additional charge of $30(G) per item ordered within the PO. There will be NO CHARGE for orders marked “NO OVERS” or “NO UNDERS”. These specially marked orders run a risk of under shipment or over shipment.
Less Than 1st Column Quantity: $55(G) Catalog price only. One location only. One color imprint only. Less than 1st column quantities are not available on every product. See product page notes for more information.

Standard Imprint Colors: Red, Reflex Blue, Black, White, Green, Orange, Brown, Yellow, Navy, Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver. The factory will make every effort to closely match any PMS color, although an exact match cannot be guaranteed on all items.
PMS Color Match Charge
$55(G). For Golf Kits and other kits, a PMS charge applies to each imprinted item in the kit. A PMS match charge will also apply on re-orders. Crown cannot guarantee exact PMS color matching.

Our company affirms all product introduced into commerce must meet legal requirements in terms of raw material content, certain performance and testing are defined by national and regional regulation. Standards are acknowledged to vary according to product, demographic nature of and frequency of testing. Our company assures all product meets or exceeds all applicable regulatory requirements for that product through a rigorous process that includes design and development verification and well-defined approval, inspection and testing processes for which all applicable documentations maintained. Our company also employs a traceability protocol, allowing end-consumers to quickly determine the product in their hand is not subject to recall.
Exact re-order charge is exactly one-half (1/2) of the normal set-up charge for the item with some exceptions. There is no set-up charge for exact re-order for writing instruments. All orders (Silk Screened, Pad Printed, Laser Engraved, Debossed and Color Surge) are held on file for 2 years. When placing a reorder, please include the original invoice number or purchase order number along with complete order information (product, quantity, imprint color, etc.) and a copy of the artwork for verification. Please note that any changes to your artwork (including, but not limited to: logo, date, phone number, address, etc.) does not qualify as an exact reorder, and should be submitted as a new order. Exceptions include: USB products including Flash Drives and MP3 Players, certain Techno items, name brand golf items, Silicone Bracelets, some Drinkware products and Banger Styxer Styx.
There will be a $50 charge for returned checks due to non-sufficient funds.
Customer Service must be notified of any quality issues regarding merchandise or imprint within 30 days of receipt of order. Returns will only be accepted with a valid return authorization number. Blank merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No claim or return will be accepted or credited 30 days after shipment. Credit is applied using the same method as the payment of the original order.

• Orders must be marked clearly 1-Day Rush and must include in-hands date.

• Complete orders must be received by 3pm CST to ship next business day.
• All rush orders must ship UPS and must ship one or two day service.
• No proof approval on rush orders.

• Rush order exclusions include: ALL items that require additional production time and Color Surge items that require addtional production time.

Samples orders can be placed by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org, by ordering on line at crownprod.com or contacting Customer Service. Crown offers a $10 sample allowance per sample order. Some items are excluded from this allowance. Sample orders will be billed less the $10 allowance. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for all sample orders and will be billed accordingly. Blank samples are available for order at net EQP plus shipping. There is a limit of five (5) blank samples per item.
Printing techniques can alter color slightly. Please request a certain color if needed. Order samples for presentation before placing PO, if you have any question in regard to the material, color or design. We highly recommend you request a sample of the assembled kits before placing an order due to variations in color of kit components.
